HTSS is hiring a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor for a client in the Emmaus/Macungie area. This will be a direct hire opportunity.
Salary: $72-78K, based on experience
This role is directly responsible for overseeing a team of production associates, meeting KPIs, efficiently meeting manufacturing schedules and maintaining an efficient work flow.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in relevant field
At least five years related work experience
Previous experience supervising at least 20 associates
Experience in manufacturing or production.
