Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: East Greenville, PA (100% On-Site)
Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23 – $25/hour (based on experience)

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in East Greenville. This role is fully in person and plays a key part in keeping financial operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, dependable, and experienced with QuickBooks, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable

  • Enter invoices and match them to receiving paperwork and purchase orders

  • Prepare and mail vendor payments

  • Send weekly accounts receivable statements to customers with past-due balances

  • Provide phone support and assist with customer orders when the Office Manager is unavailable

  • Support the Controller with clerical accounting tasks and audit preparation

  • Cross-train with the Office Manager to provide coverage as needed

Requirements:

  • QuickBooks experience is required

  • Must be able to work consistent hours: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

  • Professional and reliable with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a small office setting and supporting various admin/accounting tasks

Additional Details:

  • This is a part-time position with no paid benefits or PTO

  • Approximately 3 weeks of unpaid vacation annually is expected

  • This is a temp to hire job.

  • This is not a remote position
