Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk – Manufacturing | Quakertown, PA

A well-established manufacturing company in Quakertown is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to join their team. This role supports the accounting department with invoice processing, vendor communications, and accurate data entry.

Position Type: Temporary
Location: On-site | Quakertown, PA
Pay: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and match with purchase orders and receipts

  • Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments

  • Assist with check runs and filing

  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records

  • Support month-end close processes as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience with NetSuite ERP is required

  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and standard accounting procedures

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
