Clerical Support – Temp to Hire
Pay: $15–$17/hr

 

We’re on the lookout for a Clerical Support Person to join our client’s financial office. If you’re someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and enjoys helping both team members and clients, this could be a great fit for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Keeping the office organized and on track by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling emails and other correspondence.

  • Answering phone calls, greeting clients warmly, and making sure all inquiries are directed where they need to go.

  • Assisting with data entry, maintaining client records, and helping with day-to-day office operations.

 

Schedule Details:

The hours for this role will shift a bit throughout the year. You’ll need to be available for:

  • 2 evenings per week

  • Some Saturdays during tax season
    Expect a more flexible, part-time schedule during the summer months.
