Are you ready to join a growing team? Our client is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to join their team in Bethlehem Township, conveniently located near Route 33.

 

As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will greet, assist and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests. This position provides high-level administrative and general office support to the Executive, Finance, Human Resources and Quality Assurance departments including but not limited to guest reception, conference room, calendar management support, filing, faxing, copying, receiving and distributing office mail. The Administrative Support Coordinator will provide support for onsite meetings, events and activities.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests as well as determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort him/her to the appropriate location.

  • Receive mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries and distribute them accordingly.

  • Prepare, complete, maintain and file administrative records, forms, and reports.

  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of files and records.

  • Assist with preparations and provide ongoing support for onsite meetings, events, and/or activities.

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery, office supplies and materials readily available.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and responsibilities

  • Strong computer skills as well as high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specific to Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and use of the internet

 

 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm. Voluntary overtime may be available.

Pay: $20
