Job Description


HTSS is hiring a Project Manager for our client’s Philadelphia location. Our client is a global A&E firm with locations in North America and Europe. The Project Manager role is collaborative, detail oriented and ethical.

 

Job Responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and managing projects to ensure all are completed on-time and within budget.

  • Determine necessary resources needed to complete all projects without exceeding budget.

  • Monitor financials of each project.

  • Develop a detailed work plan for all architectural and engineering disciplines and monitor progress.

  • Act as the primary contact for clients and develop client relationships.

 

Job requirements:

  • 8+ years of project work experience

  • Strong knowledge of health care projects preferred

  • Experienced in project accounting and financials

  • Must have experience in architectural or engineering systems design and presentation, M&E, and structural building systems, permit and building codes.

  • Must be able to travel as needed.

 

 

This is a direct hire opportunity.

 

Salary: $100-120K
