Job Description


We are hiring a full time or part time Bookkeeper for a local Allentown company.

 

The primary function of this position will be managing daily office functions, including matters relating to company funds.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

AP/AR

Run various financial reports

Payroll processing

General ledger

HR duties, including employee benefits, employee handbook, personnel files and tracking vacation/sick time

Collections on past due accounts

 

Candidates must be able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Exchange 365) and Quick Books.

Pay will be $17.50-18.00/hr based on experience.

Temp to perm position- once hired on, eligible for paid holiday, time off, Simple IRA match, and healthcare.
