As a Staffing Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with leading employers. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates into temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and local outreach.

  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, and skills assessments to match candidates to client needs.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive talent.

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workplace culture.

  • Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.

  • Provide exceptional service to clients by delivering timely updates and ensuring successful placements.

• Administrative & Compliance Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.

  • Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding paperwork.

• Workforce Management:

  • Follow up with placed candidates to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

  • Monitor attendance, performance, and turnover rates for assigned placements.

  • Assist with scheduling, shift changes, and other staffing logistics as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
