Job Description


HTSS is hiring EXPERIENCED Inventory Control Specialist for a pharmaceutical packaging company in Bethlehem, PA.

 

 

The Inventory Control Specialist coordinates activities of inventory stock and records. Is responsible for the Records and maintains control of inventory from receipt through destruction. Pulls and delivers required materials to staging or production area for packaging, labeling and assembly operations. Support other Logistics functions, including Receiving, Material Handling, and Shipping/Distribution, as needed.

 

 

Load and off-load materials from carriers or company truck.

Receive and stage materials in the Receiving area.

Prepare material ID labels for incoming materials.

Create and update inventory records, which may include manual records or electronic inventory system entry, as needed.

Pull and assemble materials required for Production Order and delivers to staging or packaging area.

 

 

Job requirements:

1-2 years in shipping or warehousing, pharmaceutical and international experience.

Knowledge of both domestic and international shipping methods and shipping documentation.

Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Project and Excel.

Experience working with pharmaceuticals a plus.

 

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm


Pay: $20/hr
