Job Description


Machine Operator – Day Shift

Location: Bethlehem, PA

Pay: $20–$24/hr (Based on Experience)

Shift: 6:45am-7pm

HTSS is now hiring Machine Operators for a temp-to-hire role with a plastics company in Bethlehem, PA. If you're hands-on, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced production setting, this could be the job for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Run and maintain production machines to meet quality standards

  • Do basic quality checks and keep track of any issues or changes

  • Work with the team to hit daily production goals

  • Keep your area clean and stocked with materials

  • Follow safety rules and wear required PPE

  • Pitch in with cleaning and other tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • 1–2 years of factory or machine operator experience is a plus

  • Good with basic computer use

  • Team player with a strong work ethic

  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts, alternating weekends, and overtime (as needed)
