Production Supervisor - Day Shift

Job Description


HTSS is hiring a 1st shift Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company near Whitehall. This is a full-time, temp to hire position. This role overseeing all production operations for their shift, working closely with other departments and leading up to 20 associates. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company!

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily production planning based on customer orders, available resources and labor.

  • Coordinate PM scheduling with the Maintenance Department to minimize downtime

  • Train new associates on SOPs and all job related duties.

  • Coach associate who are struggling to meet daily production requirements.

  • Daily production reporting.

  • Identify areas where process improvements could be implemented.

  • Assist on production floor as needed.

  • Ensure all customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Must speak Spanish and English.

  • Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Knowledge of thermoforming a plus.

  • Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong computer skills.

 

Salary: This position will be hourly with overtime. Approximately $25-28/hr, based on experience.
