Now hiring a Maintenance Technician in Allentown, PA.

Direct Hire opportunity.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience in regulated manufacturing environments to support our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. You’ll be responsible for maintaining critical equipment, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards, and minimizing downtime in a highly controlled setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, maintenance and repair of facility services and equipment including electrical, plumbing, painting, mechanical repairs, emergency lights and HVAC systems.

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and maintain good records of all work performed in accordance to US-FDA’s Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s).

  • Facilitate the calibration of production equipment as required using contracted service providers.

  • Maintain and organize on-hand supplies of spare parts for Production equipment, building maintenance, etc.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Suggested 5 years of plant maintenance experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry.

  • Suggested 2 years of demonstrated work experience in electrical maintenance is required.

  • The technician should have a working knowledge of cGMP.

  • Must be self motivated, team player and open to learn new things.

  • Knowledge of general facility maintenance, HVAC Systems, and/or Packaging Lines
