Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician (Temp-to-Hire)

We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced production environment. If you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing things, and staying busy—this one’s for you.

Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Must be flexible for overtime (extended hours + Saturdays as needed)
Status: Temp-to-hire opportunity

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, conveyors, motors, and production equipment

  • Troubleshoot issues and repair mechanical systems quickly and efficiently

  • Inspect equipment and identify problems using measuring and testing tools

  • Disassemble and replace defective parts using hand and power tools

  • Adjust and maintain functional components to ensure optimal performance

  • Help minimize downtime by coordinating with production teams

  • Track and manage maintenance supplies and inventory

  • Maintain accurate maintenance reports and documentation

  • Keep work areas safe, clean, and compliant with procedures

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a warehouse or production environment

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to read diagrams, manuals, and technical specs

  • Comfortable working overtime and weekends as needed

 

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout shift

  • Frequent hand and wrist use, including fine motor skills

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
