Now Hiring: Staffing Coordinator
Location: Hybrid – Allentown, PA
Pay: Up to $22/hour


We’re looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join a dynamic HR team at one of the region’s largest utility companies, headquartered in Allentown.

This hybrid position offers the best of both worlds – work on-site Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and remote on Mondays and Fridays.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for internal employees and external vendors

  • Set up new hires in the HRIS system and track their progress through background checks and drug testing

  • Collaborate with business operations to determine system and hardware access needs

  • Submit IT tickets, track completion, and document onboarding status

  • Ensure all required training and paperwork is completed on time

  • Maintain secure and accurate records of sensitive personnel data

  • Support ongoing compliance: timesheets, attendance, and continuing education tracking during training

  • Escalate HR or tech issues and coordinate with the appropriate teams

  • Assist with distribution of materials (manuals, passwords, access info)

  • Handle offboarding tasks as needed

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A team player who is ready to pitch in and help others

  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

 

This is a long term temporary opportunity expected to last AT LEAST through the end of the year!
