Welder/Fabricator – Temporary (About 3 Months)
Location: Breinigsville, PA
Shift: Day Shift (OT may be needed)
Pay: $22–$23/hr

Our client is looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to jump in and support their in-house maintenance team for a 3-month project. If you’re hands-on, comfortable working from blueprints, and enjoy fabricating and repairing parts, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Use MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on different types of metals

  • Read and work from blueprints and drawings

  • Measure, cut, fit, and weld metal components

  • Run shop equipment like grinders, drills, saws, and milling machines

  • Repair and maintain metal structures, guards, frames, and fixtures

  • Work closely with the maintenance and production teams

  • Keep your workspace clean and safe

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (trade school is a plus)

  • At least 3 years of welding/fabrication experience

  • Strong blueprint-reading skills

  • Experience machining and fitting metal parts

  • Familiarity with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding

  • A safety-minded, detail-oriented approach
