Now Hiring: Production Room Leader (2nd Shift) – Bethlehem, PA

Looking to take the next step in your career? We’re hiring a Production Room Leader to support clinical packaging operations in a clean, regulated environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room to grow!

Location: Bethlehem, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM
Pay: Starting at $18/hr

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and oversee daily clinical packaging operations (blistering, bottling, labeling, assembly, etc.)

  • Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturing instructions (MIs), SOPs, and cGMP standards

  • Train and support Packaging Technicians on job duties

  • Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time

  • Operate packaging equipment and maintain clean work areas

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1+ year of cGMP or clinical packaging experience required

  • Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

 

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods

  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

  • Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy
