Our client is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment—not behind a desk. This full-time role reports directly to upper management and plays a key part in keeping the production floor buzzing, the team motivated, and the quality top-notch.

What You’ll Be Doing:
On the floor, not on the sidelines – You’ll spend 80–90% of your time in the thick of it, not behind a computer screen.
Lead with energy – Motivate, coach, and elevate your team with a can-do attitude that’s downright contagious.
Keep it moving – Manage schedules, delegate tasks, and jump in to solve problems before they slow you down.
Quality matters – Make sure the first item—and every item after—meets our standards and keeps customers happy.
Help build the line – Assist with setup of new production runs, ensuring every piece and process is spot on.
Grow the team – Train, develop, and help your team shine through consistent coaching and process improvements.
Stay sharp – Keep documentation for production, safety, and quality in top shape and up to date.
Adapt and overcome – Handle shifting priorities and unexpected curveballs like a pro.
Work with everyone – Collaborate with planners, managers, and teammates to keep things running smoothly.
Track progress – Prep and present daily productivity and staffing reports to leadership.

What We’re Looking For:
? 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (bonus points for contract packaging or fulfillment).
? Bilingual – You know how to connect with your team in more than one language.
? Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and ISO standards – or at least the drive to learn fast.
? Time management ninja with natural leadership instincts.
? Comfortable working 45–50+ hours a week—production doesn’t wait!
? Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
? Most importantly: reliable, responsible, and ready to roll.
