Regulatory Compliance Specialist (Hybrid)
Long-Term Temporary | At Least 1 Year | $34–$43.80/hr | Allentown, PA

Want a role where your work directly supports families in need? We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to help manage Universal Service Programs (OnTrack, WRAP, Operation HELP, CARES). These programs assist low-income and payment-troubled customers—and you’ll play a key role in keeping them running smoothly and in line with regulations.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee community programs and partnerships that help customers save on energy costs.

  • Manage contracts with community organizations and contractors.

  • Provide training and guidance to caseworkers delivering services.

  • Monitor budgets, performance, and compliance with state regulations.

  • Build strong relationships with local organizations and community leaders.

What you bring:

  • Experience working with community organizations (5+ years preferred).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.

  • Bilingual skills = a big plus!

The details:

  • Hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesdays & Wednesdays, work from home Mon/Thurs/Fri.

  • Long-term temporary assignment (at least 1 year).

  • Pay: $34–$43.80/hr, depending on experience.

  • May occasionally support after-hours storm/emergency response.
