Project Manager – $78–$87/hr | Hybrid | 18+ Month Assignment
Allentown, PA

Our client is a leading utility company in Allentown is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-impact initiatives and keep projects on track, on budget, and moving forward. This is a long-term temporary role (at least 18 months) with competitive pay and the chance to work on major programs that directly support critical operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a portfolio of projects from start to finish, ensuring success across timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Monitor resources, financials, and risks while keeping leadership informed with clear updates.

  • Resolve conflicts and keep projects moving forward with strong facilitation skills.

  • Build strong partnerships with consultants, procurement, and business teams.

  • Motivate and guide project staff while ensuring best practices are followed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven success in project management, including financial oversight and resource planning.

  • Strong MS Office and project management software skills.

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while driving efficiency and results.

  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

 

This is a hybrid role (Tuesdays & Wednesdays onsite).
