Job Description
Hiring QA Technicians for a company located in Whitehall, PA (18052)-- 2nd and 3rd shift openings available!
Monday-Friday 3pm-11: 30pm + overtime- $18.75/hr
Monday-Friday 11pm-7: 30am + overtime- $19.50/hr
Job Summary:
Inspects product for anomalies and deviations from specifications in accordance with applicable
procedures and work instructions ensuring the quality performance of the products.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
-Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
-Analyze and interpret blueprints, data, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications,
inspection and testing procedures, adjustment and certification methods, formulas, and measuring
instruments required.
-Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, and work for conformance to
specifications.
-Notify QA Manager, other management team members, supervisors and other personnel of production
problems, and assist in identifying and correcting these problems.
--Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective
actions.
-Record inspection or test data, such as weights, dimensions, and quantities inspected.
-Mark items with details such as acceptance or rejection status.
-Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications
and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
-Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments
such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
