Our client is looking for a Quality Control/Project Manager to join its team and take charge of ensuring top-tier quality standards while delivering exceptional results.

 

About the Role:

As our Quality Control/Project Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of quality control while spearheading cross-functional projects that focus on developing and launching new products and packaging. This role is critical to maintaining compliance with various guidelines and identifying areas of improvement.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain robust quality control protocols for in-house manufacturing and contract-manufactured goods.

Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with USDA, ADA and FDA standards.

Oversee lot tracking, product coding, and traceability for all materials and finished goods.

Maintain detailed records of quality issues, corrective actions, and resolutions.

Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and enhance processes.

Implement preventive measures to address recurring quality issues.

Create project timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.

Implement reporting and communication systems to track project status and outcomes.

Ensure all new products and packaging meet quality and compliance standards.

Continuously improve project execution processes for scalability and efficiency.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Quality Management, Project Management, Engineering, or Manufacturing) or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or project management in a manufacturing environment.

Proven success in leading projects from concept to execution.

Strong knowledge of USDA/ADA/FDA compliance, lot tracking, and quality protocols.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Excel, Access and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes is a plus.

 

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Starting salary will be $35K-55K, based on experience.
