Job Description
HTSS is now hiring for a Retailer Communication Representative in Kutztown!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling and Emailing to Retailers and Brokers to communicate news, new items, brand or product education, promotions, campaigns, merchandising drives, and anything else needed
Inbound Call and email responses, as needed from Retailers and Brokers
Purchase Order / Turnover Order review prior to transferring to Order Department or Broker Team for entry and fulfillment
Reviewing on Monthly Retailer Reports to look for New Item Placements through distribution that will need New Account/ New Product Placement Support
Broker and Retailer Database Management and Tracking of Activities and next steps
Products / Retailers Category Review Tracking and Management
New Account, New Product and Sample Order Management and Fulfillment
Retailer and Distributor Report pulling and analyzing for new accounts and accounts not selling
Requirements:
Must be proficient at Excel and be able to navigate through pivot tables
Proficient in MS Office 365
Savvy at navigating the web to search for missing information or new opportunities as needed
Part time hours- day shift
Pay rate $18.00/hour
