Job Description


HTSS is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator for company in Emmaus, PA.

 

Monday-Friday

7:30am-4pm

$18/hr

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Receive goods via UPS/FEDEX/LTL, including removing skids from LTL truck.

- Verify counts of products received and physically move them into inventory locations, including using ERP software for locations.

- Pick products from inventory locations using ERP computer software.

- Physically move product to the press for production.

- If more stock is required, it must be removed from inventory on the computer prior to physically taking it to production.

- Utilize UPS and FEDEX Ship Manager for small package shipping.

- Prepare/Manage/Store UPS/FEDEX daily shipments.

- Load LTL trucks for outgoing shipments.

- Manage LTL pallets; building/storing/removing.

- Perform repetitive duties for 8 hours to meet daily deadlines in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

- Heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing and standing during 8 hour shift.

 

Candidate MUST have at least 5 years previous experience in a Warehouse setting using shipping and receiving skills, ERP or inventory software management experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
