Job Description


Immediate opening for a Sr. IT Support Specialist to join a college/university in Philadelphia.

 

This role will be supporting multiple departments throughout the university, with all hardware and software issues. This role will also be the designated Systems Analyst for 2-3 departments.

 

Job requirement include:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Preferred experience is 3-5 years working in a role with similar responsibilities.

  • Working knowledge of macOS desktop and iOS support (Apple Expert).

  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

  • Experience working with users of varying levels of experience.
