Job Description


HTSS is seeking a Toolroom Manager for our client near York, PA.  This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

 

This role’s responsibilities will include:

  • Repair and maintain tools needed to meet production schedule requirements.

  • Respond quickly to breakdowns, repair and reintroduce dies into production

  • Maintain relationships with outside tooling vendors.

  • Provide excellent customer service, build relationships with clients and ensure all of their expectations are being met.

  • Achieve production plans within approved budget levels.

  • Mentor and develop toolroom associates.

 

Job Requirements

  • Must be a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker

  • MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN TOOL & DIE MAKER ROLE

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Previous leadership experience.

  • Strong knowledge of metal forming, fabrication, assembly processes, technology and equipment knowledge.

  • Experienced in manufacturing, including PFMEA and GD&T.

 

Salary will be based on experience.  Approximately $125-160K/yr.

 

Relocation will be considered.
