https://JOBS.HTSS-INC.COM/ en-us We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience in a machine shop setting. Candidates with waterjet maintenance experience will be given priority consideration.

Responsibilities

• 
  Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on waterjets, presses, shears, forklifts, air compressors, and other production equipment
  
• 
  Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
  
• 
  Diagnose equipment breakdowns and complete repairs to minimize downtime
  
• 
  Perform inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and component replacements
  
• 
  Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and general facility maintenance
  
• 
  Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
  

 

Qualifications

• 
  5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
  
• 
  Machine shop or manufacturing maintenance experience strongly preferred
  
• 
  Waterjet maintenance experience highly desired
  
• 
  Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
  
• 
  Basic electrical troubleshooting experience; 120V, 240V, and 480V preferred
  
• 
  Experience with presses, shears, forklifts, and air compressor systems
  
• 
  Welding, fabrication, machining, laser, or plasma cutting experience is a plus
  
• 
  Dependable, safety-focused, and able to troubleshoot and work independently
  

Machine shop experience is a major plus, and candidates with waterjet experience will be prioritized for interviews.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm + overtime

Pay Rate: $30+/hour BOE
